Military MAN KAT1 7t 6x6 floating bridge transporter system

Transport vehicle of the German Faltschwimmbrücken system is the truck 7t milglw the next generation. Compared to the "normal" 7-tonne, the bridge transporter in the wheelbase has been extended from 3,800 mm to 4,700 mm. This results in total dimensions of the unloaded vehicle of 9.110 mm in length and 3.300 mm in width. The ramped vehicles are 9,240 mm long. If FSB middle parts are transported, then the vehicle has a length of 10,400 mm. To accommodate the bridge parts or was a complete redesign of the cargo area was necessary.
